Just 3 easy steps to download your Extended Service Plan

To get started, please enter your ESP number or sales invoice number and zip code from the post-card, plus your phone number and email address.

In our ongoing efforts to provide constantly improving service, we are requesting your email address. This email address will be used strictly for contact in matters regarding your ESP and Identity Theft programs and will not be shared or made available to anyone.
Note: Do not enter hyphen or underscore while entering the extended service plan number.
Important Note: To download your ESP, you must enter the zip code that exists in our databases. If you have moved or your zip code has changed, enter the zip code contained in your service contract. If your zip code has changed and you sent us an address change notification, you must use your new zip code.
