1. How do I download my Extended Service Plan?

To download your Extended Service Plan, just follow these easy steps:

• Enter your Extended Service Plan and zip code.

• Click on the Submit Button.

• Verify that your information is correct, just follow your printer instructions to print it out.

Important Note:
To download your Extended Service Plan, you must enter the zip code that exists in our databases. If you have moved or your zip code has changed, enter the zip code contained in your service contract. If your zip code has changed and you sent us an address change notification, you must use your new zip code.

2. Why can’t I download Extended Service Plan?

Extended Service Plan is only available for download to individuals who has bought a Extended Service Plan from any of our authorized dealers. Also check that you are entering the correct  Extended Service Plan number and zip code. Use only letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9). No other characters are allowed. These fields cannot be left blank.

3. Is there another way I can obtain my Extended Service Plan?
